Provides a brief overview of how Wisconsin planned to implement Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support (AGES) as part of its work with the QIC-AG. Explains how the program offered individualized assessments of the families’ needs and strengths; identified family-specific goals; assistance in navigating resources and services, and offered targeted advocacy.
