Families Rising/North American Council on Adoptable Children
Explores the North American Council on Adoptable Children’s experience in offering various online support groups to more than 2,000 parents across Minnesota. Topics will include the benefits of online support groups, key considerations in implementation, challenges to plan for, and strategies for moderating the groups to ensure effective support.

The Post-Adoption Center is honored to join with Na’ini Family Services of the Kenaitze Indian Tribe. This partnership is born from a shared commitment to strengthen kinship, guardianship, and adoptive families. California DSS will be receiving on-site technical assistance through the Post-Adoption Center California DSS’ commitment to developing a robust post-permanency program will further their efforts to strengthen adoptive and guardianship families.
Adoption is a lifelong journey. Oregon DHS will begin their journey of receiving on-site technical assistance with the Post-Adoption Center to further their commitment and responsiveness to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families.
