Description

Provides information about The Supporting America’s Children and Families Act (2025), a key funding source for child welfare programs.  Major changes include increased funding for the Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) program, expanded tribal access, expanded services, kinship navigator grants, lived expert consultation, a post-permanency study and other broad reforms. These changes provide new opportunities to enhance support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
