The Post-Adoption Center is honored to join with Na’ini Family Services of the Kenaitze Indian Tribe. This partnership is born from a shared commitment to strengthen kinship, guardianship, and adoptive families. The partnership and the work are grounded in Kenaitze’s traditional values and draws strength from these timeless principles that have guided and empowered the Kahtnuht’ana Dena’ina for ages.


California DSS will be receiving on-site technical assistance through the Post-Adoption Center California DSS’ commitment to developing a robust post-permanency program will further their efforts to strengthen adoptive and guardianship families.

Adoption is a lifelong journey. Oregon DHS will begin their journey of receiving on-site technical assistance with the Post-Adoption Center to further their commitment and responsiveness to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families.

The Post-Adoption Center is delighted to collaborate with the Missouri Department of Social Serivces to provide on-site technical assistance. This partnership furthers Missouri’s commitment to supporting families formed through adoption or guardianship.

The Post-Adoption Center is delighted to collaborate with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to provide on-site technical assistance. This partnership supports DFPS’ efforts to enhance their post-permanency program.

Louisiana is committed to building a stronger Louisiana by partnering with the Post-Adoption Center to strengthen their post-permanency services. This partnership furthers Louisiana’s dedication to the development and implementation of resources and services for family’s post-permanency.Â

The Post-Adoption Center is pleased to announce its collaboration with the Arizona Department of Child Safety as the fifth site to receive on-site technical assistance. This collaboration furthers Arizona’s commitment to enhancing their Post-Permanency program and supporting adoptive and guardianship families in their journey.
