This partnership is born from a shared commitment to strengthen kinship, guardianship, and adoptive families. The partnership and the work are grounded in Kenaitze’s traditional values and draws strength from these timeless principles that have guided and empowered the Kahtnuht’ana Dena’ina for ages.

Collaboration with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services

Technical Assistance Duration: August, 2025 – July, 2026

The Post-Adoption Center is delighted to collaborate with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services to provide on-site technical assistance.  This collaboration furthers Kentucky CHFS’ objective of establishing a thorough post-permanency support continuum for children, youth and families requiring additional intensive support.

California DSS will be receiving on-site technical assistance through the Post-Adoption Center California DSS’ commitment to developing a robust post-permanency program will further their efforts to strengthen adoptive and guardianship families.
