I am a parent who has adopted. How can the Post-Adoption Center help me?

The Post-Adoption Center is designed to help states, tribal nations and territories provide effective and accessible services to improve their post-permanency supports for families formed by adoption or guardianship. We don’t provide services directly to these families. To find out more about the post-permanency services available in your area, visit AdoptUSKids or Families Rising  (formerly the North American Council on Adoptable Children).
