Peer Groups

Peer groups offered dedicated space for professionals in public and private agencies to gather virtually to share information, hear from experts and fellow professionals, ask questions of peers, and brainstorm solutions to challenges that group members are experiencing.

Center Chat

Virtual meetings dedicated to a topic critical to the provision of post-permanency services. These facilitated discussions will give participants opportunities to share with each other.

Webinars

Virtual webinars about post-permanency support. This year we will host four webinars to introduce our Post-Adoption Center project and services.

Meet The Model

This series introduces the core components of the post-permanency model, designed to guide states, tribal nations, and territories in delivering coordinated services to adoptive and guardianship families.
