California DSS will be receiving on-site technical assistance through the Post-Adoption Center California DSS’ commitment to developing a robust post-permanency program will further their efforts to strengthen adoptive and guardianship families.

Adoption is a lifelong journey. Oregon DHS will begin their journey of receiving on-site technical assistance with the Post-Adoption Center to further their commitment and responsiveness to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families.

The Post-Adoption Center is delighted to collaborate with the Missouri Department of Social Serivces to provide on-site technical assistance. This partnership furthers Missouri’s commitment to supporting families formed through adoption or guardianship.

The Post-Adoption Center is delighted to collaborate with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to provide on-site technical assistance. This partnership supports DFPS’ efforts to enhance their post-permanency program.

This collaboration furthers Arizona’s commitment to enhancing their Post-Permanency program and supporting adoptive and guardianship families in their journey.
