Designed for agencies working with post-adoption or guardianship families. This session highlights the Center’s core services and resources available to child welfare professionals working with children and families post-permanency. Attendees will gain an understanding of the evidence-based supports offered\, including on-site technical assistance\, universal technical assistance and training aimed at strengthening services and programs for post-permanency families.
